Frequently Asked Questions
Rules chain in a fixed order: operator, GSA, then agency, as a percentage or a fixed amount. A rule can be tied to a supplier, airline or fare range and leaves a trace on the search result.
Cancellation runs as quote and approval, with penalty and refund shown beforehand. Booking cancellation, void and refund are separate operations; sources without online cancellation state the reason on screen.
A reissue also runs as quote and approval: the new date is searched on the source that issued the ticket and the difference and penalty are calculated. The price is revalidated at approval.
Amadeus and Travelport (1G/Galileo) on GDS, Turkish Airlines over NDC, Pegasus and AJet as direct airline links, and Arkman, iFlyRes, BiletBank, TravelFusion and Paximum as consolidators. Credentials are stored encrypted, and adding a supplier needs no code change.
This product covers scheduled flights: content is pulled live from external suppliers and the sale closes with instant ticketing. Your own seat stock belongs to the Charter Flight Ticket Software, an airline group fare to the Flight Group Booking Software.
