No second record can enter a range holding a confirmed or valid pre-booking, and the same check runs in search. If it expires unpaid, those dates go back on sale.
Cancellation runs in three steps: quote, approval or discard. If the supplier side fails the previous state is restored, and the right is granted per role.
There are two inventory channels: your own contracted villas and the Rentals United XML API integration. Credentials are stored encrypted, enabled only for your installation.
