Frequently Asked Questions
You open the tour on the inventory screen and define the itinerary, service lists and images. Each departure date then gets its own period with tariff, allotment and last sale date.
The markup engine applies operator, GSA and agency rules in sequence and traces what each step added. A rule can be a percentage or a fixed amount.
A basket sale is rejected when the period is out of capacity, out of allotment or past its last sale date; on-request periods stay sellable. In manual sales overbooking is not blocked and the call stays with the operator.
The only tour source registered today is your own inventory; search, booking, cancellation and status all run on it. A provider catalogue and location mapping layer are ready for external suppliers.
The rollout calendar follows the volume of tour programmes and images to be migrated; with no ready bulk import screen, the scope is assessed at project start. Pricing follows the number of tours, the modules opened and the size of your reseller network.
