Vehicles are created one by one in inventory, with class, equipment, photos and rental preconditions on the vehicle record. There is no bulk import, and a company running only its own fleet needs no supplier.
No ready price list is supplied; you build the tariff yourself. Daily, weekly, monthly and season prices per class, mileage allowance, insurance packages and extras are defined separately.
Deposit amount and currency are set by vehicle class and insurance package, and carry the same value into quote and agreement. Fuel, mileage excess and damage at return are offset against the pre-authorisation record.
No technical team is needed; the three-step wizard creates your account, administrator user and head branch automatically. Your own domain is connected later with a DNS record.
The trial is free and no payment is taken at registration. When it ends you pick a package inside the system and carry on, with branch, user and vehicle limits set by that package.
