Frequently Asked Questions
Pricing rules chain in the order operator, GSA and agency, and each rule can be a percentage or a fixed amount. Prices are calculated at search time, so the same departure lists for every sub-agency at its own amount.
The system works with Biletall and Accords ORS connections. Accords ORS gives access to the departures of most intercity bus companies in Turkey through a single API. Provider credentials are stored encrypted and specific to your installation.
Yes. When a departure is selected, the seat map opens with real-time availability and seat types. The chosen seat is attached to the reservation with the passenger details, and payment and ticketing complete in the same flow.
The agency's credit limit is checked before ticketing, and a sale that exceeds it is not finalised on the account balance. The dealer can complete the payment by 3D Secure card instead.
Besides daily and monthly earnings reports, sales are listed separately by provider, bus company and departure-arrival point. Search sessions are logged as well, so you can see which queries did not convert into sales.
